what exactly does this error mean ?

i am running a programm on 2 XP-machines, one with the windows standard
novell client, all fine . . .

running on a machine using the newest novell netware client for XP with
IPX/IP the app will crah with that error

both machines have same servicepacks

You have a network protocol related access error.

If you temporarily disable all the novell protocols do things then work?

Now i set the novellclient not to access the server via tree,set it yout
a preferred server, now it seems to work fine
