MSDN and TechNet are subscription programs, and include volume license offerings such as Office Professional Plus 2007 to those that pay the fee for these specialized subscription programs, and that will include Office Professional Plus 2010. MSDN and TechNet are essentially volume license subscription programs. Yes, there are retail versions of these subscriptions, but that does not make Office Professional Plus 2010 a retail product. From: Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] on 9 May 2010 21:55 If you reread my response, it was to clarify the support options, not availability. BTW, MSDN and TechNet also come in Academic SKUs so not everything is Enterprise/Volume. Heck, if I had the money and the need, I could swing an individual sub myself and I am far from an Enterprise/Volume/Partner. I think you are picking the wrong nit here - support is entirely different from licensing. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
