From: Schalkies on 5 May 2010 10:09 When I schedule a meeting or get invited to a meeting on a single calendar invitations are being sent to all employees in my firm even though only one is selected in the "to:" line and on the Schedule tab. How can I stop invitations from being sent to everyone? Thanks Example, if calendar meeting request sent to JoeD , the only name in the To: field of the calendar inviatation, 10 different employees get the invitation, plus the Administrator username of the network. We do share calendars with editor priveledges as we add/delete events into each others callendars.
From: TPGBrennan on 5 May 2010 12:23 It sounds as if users have rights to each others calendars. Check the Delegates tab on the Tools\Options. See what the permissions are for the delegates; there is a check box on the Delegates Permissions page that says "Delegate receives copies of meeting-realted messages sent to me."
