From: ehfcpa on 11 Jan 2010 17:56 Trying to print file folder labels - using office max labels - but "the same size as Avery 5266" - the names are not lining up on the label - they are cut off. any suggestions? wasting expensive labels
From: Doug Robbins - Word MVP on 12 Jan 2010 00:05 As a test, try printing a page of labels onto plain paper and compare the layout/alignment with a sheet of label stock. In many cases, printers are not capable of accurately handling the feeding of label stock and that can cause the problem that you are experiencing. Also, make sure that in the file print dialog the Scale to paper size in the Zoom section is set to No scaling. -- Hope this helps, Doug Robbins - Word MVP Please reply only to the newsgroups unless you wish to obtain my services on a paid professional basis.
