Go to the Print dialog (Ctrl-P) and uncheck "Document Properties."

In the Print Options, clear the check box for "[Print] Document properties."
You can access this dialog via the Options button in the Print dialog or via
Tools | Options | Print in Word 2003 and earlier. In Word 2007, it's under
Office Button | Word Options | Display.
