10.4.11, Firefox. Can anyone tell me what the following file is/does?
Even if I clear my History, every time I open the browser it shows up
as the next item in History (after my homepage) without even having gone
to it. Opening it gives a blank page. Thanks everyone.

The name strongly suggests that you have installed Google Toolbar for
Firefox, and that this is part of that component. Is it causing you
some kind of trouble?

Yes - But I've had theGoogle Toolbar for months now, at least, and this
thing just showed up this week. I don't know if it's causing any problems
or not, but it's strange that it shows up even in a brand new History
without having gone to it.

Well, I don't know how Google Toolbar works internally, but I don't see
any reason to correlate this files existence with history entries.
Google Toolbar probably checks for the file when it loads, and creates
the file if it's not there.
