Hello there

I want to use outside tool to find who made some update on table in my
server

I know that there are many tools for this. But can they do it on simple
recovery model?

No. If you are using the simple recovery model, the contents of the
log is wasted away everyonce in a while.

Well, if the disk area has not been overwritten, you may be able to disk
forensics on it, but that will cost you an arm and a leg.
