From: mali on 13 Jun 2010 02:09 Hi.I haven working on scatter search algoritm.I have faced an obstacle while I tried to carry out 'fminsearch' command to "x(1)+x(2)^2+3*x(3)" function. I am wondering if we could describe a single value for all variables at the function.One more thing,is it neccesary to describe a range for variable values in order to evaluate this function in Matlab.I would be grateful if you could help me.Thank you.
