Dear all,

I am trying to make a conversion formula for my digital camera, using a macbeth colour checker reference. A lot of scientific papers discuss this question and some use polynomial fitting or kernel methods. Math and coding is not my strong point because I am a biologist in training. I was therefore wondering if there would be anyone who has code availible that deals with characterising a camera using RGB values from a macbeth chart and then using this to convert RGB measures from this camera to spectral information.
