From: Petter Gustad on 16 May 2010 03:54 I keep getting the error: sm-mta[8565]: o4GHJHuY008565: Milter (graymilter): local socket name /var/milter/graymilter/graymilter.sock unsafe sm-mta[8565]: o4GHJHuY008565: Milter (graymilter): to error state I started graymilter before sendmail and the file exists: ps auxc|egrep sendmail\|graymilter smmsp 8496 0.0 0.0 13892 916 ? I also tried with very slack permissions. I've used the sendmail/graymilter combo earlier, but the machine crashed and I'm migrating to a new machine with a more recent sendmail (8.14.4). BTW: What is the suggested grayfilter to use with sendmail? It apppears that graymilter is not that common. Thanks Petter -- ..sig removed by request.
