I've come across two HP/COMPAQ oem video cards and I am having hard
time identifying the cards.

Help me to find out which video cards these are.

It may help if you posted the text info on the card, eg model number,
barcode numbers, etc.

Anyway, it's a 64MB NVIDIA AGP card of some sort (8 x 64Mbit SDRAMs).

Right, then you could Google it for him instead of him doing it for himself.
Btw the res of the picture is such that you can read them yourself.
It's says its a model P71.
