From: Mayte on 25 Mar 2010 16:36 i have a book that has 3 columns A B C id name accounts i have 500+ entries, all w/different ids and names but the accounts are the same because i only have 4 accounts. what i need to do is add 4 columns (1 for each acount) and show in each new column only the ids of the employees who are assigned to those accounts BUT one after the other. i ca ndo an if statement and it will give me the results but the returned values in columns D-G won't in order. i mena, will have spaces in between and i need them w/o any blanks... any ideas?? First sort your data by Acct Number, then copy and paste the appropriate results into the 4 columns that you are creating. Tom |
