Perhaps you mean 0x8024D007 (note the precceding zero not a capital o), if so then a Google query will bring up ~1900 hits on that subject.

Instead of using an automatic update, try to download the update from the Microsoft Download Center. Im not sure which update you are looking for but you can use the link below to go to the download for sp3. Good Luck.
