In Internet Options
Home page - Address: www.google.co.in

whenever i open IE it opens my default page ie google i want it to be blank
in internet opetions i made home page to be blank even though its opening the
same how can i solve this problem..

Try the following and see if it helps:

Home Page Setting Changes Unexpectedly,
or You Cannot Change Your Home Page Setting

also..

If you have connection software installed (i.e. IBM Connections) that loads
before IE is launched, check the settings in the preferences or profile to
see if there are settings that might automatically reset the homepage. If
so, be sure to change to the same homepage in IE or disable them.

also...

If you use Spybot S&D, open Spybot in Advanced mode and check the Immunize
settings. You may have placed this restriction inadvertently.
