Since installiong a new hard drive I find I can't access Outlook, or my
Contacts list.
I have reinstalled Office 2003 without success.

I have also downloaded a free trial version of Office 2009, but the problem
remains.

You would be more likely to get an answer in an Outlook forum. This one is
for Word.
