I CANNOT DO THIS FROM OFFICE FILE TAB OR WITHIN OFFICE AT ALL.SORRY TO DISTURB YOU. ROY JOHNSON

Please advise (excel and word 2007, windows 7) Alt-F will display the Office Button menu. Ctrl-O will display the Open File window. Learn to use the keyboard shortcuts. In most cases they work the same way in Office 2003 and Office 2007. Right clicks are context sensitive, depending on where you click. The menu choices are different when you click on a cell, the ribbon, or the top window. Bill
