how do I disable the EULA message each time an Office app opens

From: RalphCorrellPCS on 4 Feb 2010 16:01 Each time I open an office app,ie WORD, Excel; the EULA message to Accept or Decline appears and needs to be answered before the app opens. How does one stop this from coming up each time?
