Hi, I have used the following freeware to back up my drivers succesfully:

If you own a Dell PC/Laptop, there should be a copy of the driver & maybe
some factory installed software updates, install files in the following
location(s):
C:\Dell\Drivers
C:\NVIDIA (Nvidia harware)
There may some additional driver files in the following folder, if the OS
was installed using a restore partition:
C:\drivers
