THAT you can change, just create a resource file and specify it as a compile option. OR, he's talking about the shortcut icon that you double click to launch MATLAB. That you can also change, by right clicking on it. But that won't change the MATLAB icon in the titlebar or the taskbar I don't believe.

Just to add, I know that it is permitted to change your own executable's icon but even though you can change the appearance of the official MATLAB icon (at least in some places where it appears), I don't know if that's allowed. I know some alternate icons are allowed, because the Mathworks does supply you with alternatives to choose from, but I don't know if you're allowed to pick your own that's not one of the officially supplied alternative icons. |
