Lets say your old data is in A:B and new data is in C:D (with description in
A and C)

In E1:
=VLOOKUP(C1,A:B,2,FALSE)

This will find the old code. If you want to highlight where changes have
occured:
=VLOOKUP(C1,A:B,2,FALSE)=D1

Print both sets of code and compare side by side?
