It also allow us to convert a lot files at the same time. People using a Word 2007 version prior to SP2, have to install the addin manually though. It can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=f1fc413c-6d89-4f15-991b-63b07ba5f2e5&displaylang=en If you are using a version of Word prior to 2007, there are plenty of free pdf printers you can use: http://www.PrimoPDF.com , http://www.CutePDF.com , .... As to converting a lot of documents in one go, just do a google search for macros who do just that.
