Normally we would go File --> open --> outlook data file --> browse to the location, click on the file and the file will open. As you can imagine manually open the data files will be quite tedious. Once you open these files, they will remain attached to the profile. You can use File -> Data file management dialog box to simplify this somewhat. :) -- Leonid S.
