Doing a souvenir booklet and have some quarter page ad. How do I sizes the
paper

Microsoft Project is a scheduling application. Perhaps you meant to post
your question in Microsoft Publisher group?

Page sizes in Project are under File/Page Setup... and then you can also
look at File Print... to adjust the paper on the printer setup.
