We had a system "tech refresh" in our office. The process went well, but now
whenever I use any Office product, the menu delay is aggravating. When I
click on a menu (i.e., File, Edit, View, etc.), the menu displays very
slowly. How do I change this to display immediately upon clicking?

Sounds like Tools, Customize, Options, set your preference, is what you
want.
