Can display the page after changeD allowDotInPath=1 , is it safe to change
the setting =1 ?does it means that there is file without extension cause this
issue ?

There is certainly risks associated with this, why would this be
default? Search Google, do some research, then you can decide for
yourself if the risks are applicable to your situation.
