i can't successful about SQUID + MRTG .
Anyone Can help me ?

i got error in /var/log/squid/cache.log
like this.

commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 13 to *:3401: (13) Permission denied
FATAL: Cannot open snmp Port
#############


When i config /etc/squid/squid.conf


#############
snmp_port 3401
snmp_access allow My_SNMP myhost
snmp_access deny all
snmp_incoming_address 0.0.0.0
snmp_outgoing_address 255.255.255.255
#############


And When i key this command .
[root(a)berlin squid]# snmpwalk -p 3401 localhost public
..1.3.6.1.4.1.3495.1.1
Warning: -p option is no longer used - specify the remote host as
HOST:PORT
USAGE: snmpwalk [OPTIONS] AGENT [OID]
