how many time i must get to programing to be a good programmer ? ? ?
& do u think c# is the best program to learn ? ? ?
when i should learn SQL server ?

Please do not multi-post. If you feel your message really needs to
appear in more than one newsgroup, learn to cross-post properly so that
a single message is posted to each newsgroup simultaneously, rather than
you posting copies of the message to each newsgroup individually.
