I forgotten how fast lightning bolt flashes in thunderstorms take to
reach the ground.
And if there exists a Doppler Effect for lightwaves, it would be
reasonable to
expect a Doppler shift of a blueshift at the ground. Of all the
lightning bolt flashes
or strikes that I have ever witnessed, never shows a blueshift nor a
redshift.
