Some image editing programs do what's called Sharpening. That can sometimes improve a slightly out of focus photo somewhat. If you don't have such a program, try IrfanView. It does sharpening, it's free: http://www.irfanview.com Don't expect miracles. For that you need more powerful magic than current processors and software can provide. ;-)
