From: Yael on 3 Jun 2010 11:12 Hello, I have a problem in the field of image processing: I have 2 pictures: 1) Picture of the whole scene in high resolution. 2) Picture of part of the scene from a different point of view and in a lower resolution. The aim is to know the exact position of the small picture (2) in the big picture (1). The algorithm I thought about is: First stage: fitting pictures resolution. Second stage: finding the angle of the small image in relation to the big image, and turning the small image accordingly. Third stage: finding the exact position of the small picture in the big picture. My problems are: 1) How to do the first stage? 2) Can I do the second stage automatically- without choosing the points for the cpselect? thank you! Yael |
