Yes, regardless of any partitioning.
(I wish sparc had the p0 device too.)

Sorry, question doesn't really make sense.
Since the MBR (where the partition table resides) shouldn't
really be part of p[1-4], the answer is probably No, but
like I said, question doesn't make sense.
