I have a big iphoto9 library. Now i want to make a second librry - ans
stated to make a new one ( on start with press "alt" and .....)
Ok - but now - how i can export a part of my folders and subfolders
( all to the same subject...) to the second library?
I know, iphoto stores the originals and the "croped" (or other
manipulates...) data and the "smallpics" ; all of this must be
exportetd to the other library...
How can i do that? I will not risk to loose dats!

Thanks for any help ! Please excuse my english - i am german....

There is probably a better way to do this, but if not, you could always
copy your entire library to the new one and then delete what you don't
want from each. It could be very time-consuming but it is possible
iPhoto allows you to delete entire sections at a time.

BTW, if you are going to have multiple libraries, you should consider
downloading iPhoto Library Manager. When I used iPhoto, I drove
everything off of this app.

no need. just hold down the option key and it will let you pick a
different library.

Or create. You can have many such libraries. Entry is only an
option-key away. There are shareware programs that take control of this
process and have some other bells and whistles.
