From: Rich Ellis on 7 Jan 2010 16:17 Perhaps a slice plane is what you want. See the "slice" function in the MATLAB documentation (type "doc slice" on the command line). Also, see "Example - Stream Line Plots of Vector Data", "Exploring Volumes with Slice Planes", and the example in the "coneplot" function documentation for possible ideas.
