Explain what you mean by this, and, if you're referring to images,
post several images of the shimmering/jittering scene to http://drop.io.

There could be several ways to "measure" slight differences in
matrixes/images depending on what you're after, including simple
subtraction, PSNR, optical flow, MSE, cross-correlation, etc.

I'm referring to voice signal. I need to estimate fundamental frequency, jitter and shimmer from voice signal.
