> I solved this by changing my preferences in my Outlook setup so that mail is not delivered automatically -- when you want to download your mail, just click send/receive. I was told I was getting this because I had my mail set to download every 10 minutes, to either disable automatic dowload or try changing it to every hour or something. Haven't had that popup since.
