Time to take it to a qualified and trained tech with the required test equipment and knowledge of how to use it. Usually things don't "heal" themselves.... they just get worse and more expensive to fix.... the best time to take it in for repairs is when it first started showing symptoms... and was still working when warmed up. BTW.... is your "caps" key stuck on? .... and what happened to your spell checker??
