keyboard doesn't work

Click Start> Control Panel> Accessibility Options Click the Settings button next to StickyKeys Un-check the Use Shortcut box and Click OK. Un-check the Use StickyKeys box. Click the Settings button next to FilterKeys Un-check the Use Shortcut box and Click OK. Un-check the Use FilterKeys box.
