In newer versions of the Image Processing Toolbox, IMFREEHAND was updated to allow it to be called with zero input arguments. You appear to be running an older version of the toolbox, where IMFREEHAND expects 1 or more input arguments.

Why don't you try to figure out what IMFREEHAND expects as an input argument? That's a good way to get past the error you are encountering, and you are likely to get results much faster vs. waiting here for someone to debug your problem.
