You appear to be running an older version of the toolbox, where IMFREEHAND expects 1 or more input arguments. Why don't you try to figure out what IMFREEHAND expects as an input argument? That's a good way to get past the error you are encountering, and you are likely to get results much faster vs. waiting here for someone to debug your problem. Here's a hint: help imfreehand
