There's no need to SHOUT IN ALL CAPS...

What you want is a template designed for your letters, which you can then
use in the File > New dialog to create new documents of the same design.

If you are looking for examples with which to write letters try using the
following:-

1. Office Button.

2. New.

3. Now click on Letters on the left hand side.

There are many things in here that you can use.
