Now, that we have that out the way... Windows 7 is the operating system and really has nothing to do with writing a letter. You could look under Program Files - Accessories for Notepad if you don't have Microsoft Word. Notepad provides no templates, Microsoft Word does. Windows 7 being the operating system also provides no templates. If you have any further questions you should scroll a wee bit further down to the Microsoft Word or Windows 7 newsgroup. Good Luck!
