Like all other programs it too can develop PEBCAK problems. The Nirsoft program does not send any information anywhere, you have spyware on your machine.

Yes, you're right ... the Spybot S&D program identified it as the nirsoft executable that was downloaded from the afore-mentioned site. It's now removed and there's no more spyware.
