Not saying that it couldn't have - although that functionality is not a part of the application (which is just a miniature version/basic version of an older Diskeeper.) Are you logged in as a user with adminstrative rights and are all files shown (unhidden)? Can you still log in as the other users? Have you tried looking with something like Recuva or UnDelete?
