After installing kismet, I'm using madwifi_ag for a source, and configuring as best I could figure out, I've a couple of questions: In /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ath0, what do you use for the line BOOTPROTO=dhcp when running kismet. The readme says dhcp would interfere with kismet. Also, when I run kismet, I get: Gathering packets... FATAL: Failed to set private ioctl 'mode': No such device or address Terminating. Is this related to the dhcp setting issue? Art
