From: Chris on 30 Jun 2010 19:13 One KB article I read mentioned "to view mailbox resources in ESM". Is it the view when you click on mailbox which showing - Last logged on By, Size, Total items and Last logon time? If not, how to get it? Also, in Exchange 5.5 the admin program whill show you the size and # of items for each folder, such as Inbox, Deleted items. Is there a way to view it in Exchange 2003 ESM? Thanks.
From: John Oliver, Jr. [MVP] on 2 Jul 2010 15:02 Yes, you will need to click on Mailboxes under the Mailbox Store in the First Storage group for mailbox size and number of items. -- John Oliver, Jr MCSE, MCT, CCNA Exchange MVP 2010 Microsoft Certified Partner "Chris" <Chris(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:29D8366D-902F-4986-B63C-4BD876A92AE8(a)microsoft.com... > One KB article I read mentioned "to view mailbox resources in ESM". From: Chris on 2 Jul 2010 16:05 Thanks, John. But it doesn't show detailed size within the mailbox. Such as the size for Inbox, Deleted items, Sent, etc. I thought Exch 5.5 admin program shows that. Is there a way to get that? or I have to script to pull the information from each server? "Inbox", "Deleted Items" and "Sent Items" are folders within the mailbox. You'll have to write (or purloin) code. Glen Scales is always the first person I look to for this sort of thing: http://www.outlookexchange.com/articles/glenscales/mreport1.asp --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
