They sent me an email when my statement cut but the message had no url - I copied the domain from the From address and pasted it in the browser - it went to a godaddy domain parking page. My guess is they send you there because that channel is the Bright House central Florida news station on their cable network. The actual Bright House Web site is a completely different location. Cfl.rr.com is A very popular provider here in Florida and when typed into the browser I get central Florida news 13. Nothing has of yet solved the problem. I'll try a couple of the suggestions here, e.g., sending to a single client without use of MS's distribution list.
