Hello everybody!

After having started Matlab 7.0 (R14), it immediately closes
automatically again.
My operating system is Windows Vista Ultimate (SP1). Has anybody an idea how I
can manage that I can work with Matlab again.

Thank you very much,
Serdar

There is known compatibility issue between R14 and Vista (you can do the search on past posts).

As a desperate measure (which might actually work), did you try right
clicking on Matlab and going to properties and under "compatibility"
choosing win xp sp2??
I used to do this for Vista when it was newly released and I had to
run my old programs.
best, arun.
