Hi,

Please check this kind of toolbox of geometry. It is very useful, a lot of files .m to solve a great variety of thing in geometry, including mesh generation, surfaces, volumes etc.

http://people.sc.fsu.edu/~jburkardt/m_src/geometry/geometry.html

In particular some codes to compute tetrahedrosn quality.

Regards,

Jose

For example, to check the aspect ratio, min/max angle, etc., mostly for volumetric meshes? I am particularly in need to evaluate mesh qualities for hexahedral elements. However, any such tools would be of my interest to collect them.

Hi Jose,

Thanks for your pointer -- I have come across the link before.

Unfortunately, what I need right now is a way to compute the quality measures for structured hexahedral meshes. I have searched for a while but no avail.

Any suggestions from any one is appreciated.
