From: Liamtoo on 11 Apr 2010 16:36 I am trying to export my contacts from Outlook (Office 2007) to my new itouch. Every time I try the export, I get a missing DATA1.msi message. I have no idea where my original Word 2000 is as I have upgraded to Word 2007. My computer search says the file is in Drivers/Addon but there is nothing in the file. I did a Google search, but I don't trust some of those downloads. Any suggestions?

Data1.msi is a hangover from Word 2000 and is not part of Word 2007. Have you uninstalled Office 2000? Download the windows installer cleanup utility from: http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/9/d/e9d80355-7ab4-45b8-80e8-983a48d5e1bd/msicuu2.exe Install it and run the program. Choose Office 2000 on the list of installed programs, and click remove. That will effectively remove Office 2000. -- <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> "Liamtoo" <Liamtoo(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:112B35AB-59F3-45D4-B131-5C52AEC3C1B7(a)microsoft.com... >I am trying to export my contacts from Outlook (Office 2007) to my new >itouch. > Every time I try the export, I get a missing DATA1.msi message.
