There is a discussion of image moments and invariants of various kinds in the Wikipedia article at:

Note that a definition for "raw" order p+q moments is given there in the quantity they call Mij. Formulas for a few kinds on invariants are also given. To elicit more detailed responses than this you need to be more specific in your questions. In particular we need to see what computations you have tried to make.
