I need to know the steps i should do to detect the moving person in avideo.
first i need to read the video and i did that .what is the next steps?

The next step is to read some papers on motion detection.

We don't expect everyone to know everything, but we do expect that people will
at least read the most obvious articles on their topic.

It makes a big difference whether the camera was moving or not. Was it? (Lots of other factors are important too, but that's a key one.)
